1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

  • Return Window: Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving the product to request a return or replacement.
  • Company Fault: If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue or any fault on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Customer Fault: If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any issue on the customer's part, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@varunradiators.com within the 7-day window. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • The product must be returned in its unused and original condition with all packaging intact. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being denied.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the replacement within 3 business days. If the original product is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a similar product of equal value.

4. Refund Process

  • Store Credit: Refunds will generally be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Original Payment Method: In special circumstances, we may issue a refund to the original payment method. Please discuss this with our customer service team during the return process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • At this time, there are no specific items classified as non-returnable. However, all products must meet the conditions outlined in this policy to be eligible for a return or replacement.
