1.       Shipping Provider
We have partnered with “Shiprocket” to handle the shipping of all our products. Their extensive network ensures that your order reaches you safely, no matter where you are in India.

2.       Shipping Locations
We offer shipping across India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

3.       Shipping Charges
Enjoy free shipping on all orders Pan India. There are no hidden or extra costs during checkout.

4.       Shipping Method
We use a standard shipping method for all orders to ensure reliability and consistency.

5.       Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time which is mentioned on the website for part numbers not available in ready stock.  

6.       Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment through Shiprocket. Delivery times vary based on your location.

7.       Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, we are here to help. We will assist in coordinating with the shipping service provider to resolve the issue. We offer replacements for damaged products, but the shipping service company (Shiprocket) will be responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

8.       Payment Methods
We currently accept pre-paid payments only.
