Injection Mould & Press Tool Making
Our tool room in Chhatral, near Ahmedabad, designs and builds injection moulds for plastic radiator tanks and press tools for headers, side plates and brackets. Alongside tooling for our own radiator range, we take mould-making work for outside customers and OEM programmes.
What we make
- Injection moulds for plastic radiator tanks and coolant bottles.

- Fixtures for core assembly, brazing and testing.
How a mould project works
- Part drawing or sample: you share the part or a 3D model.
- Mould design: we design the mould and share it for approval.
- Manufacture: the mould is machined and assembled in our tool room.
- Trial (T1) samples: moulded on our machines and measured against the drawing.

Because tooling, moulding, brazing and assembly all happen in one plant, a new radiator programme does not wait on outside toolmakers. This helps shorten development cycles.
